🏖️ Nottingham Beach returns to Old Market Square for six weeks
It’s that time of year again! Nottingham Beach returns to Old Market Square from July 15 with six weeks of real sand, rides, games, beach bars and food stalls. Traditional favourites include Tuesday salsa nights, Wednesday beach volleyball and Thursday movie nights, plus new acts and entertainment to be announced. 🚨 Part of tram network closing July 26 - August 9 for maintenance
A heads up for any of you who use the tram - Nottingham Express Transit will suspend services between Wilkinson Street and The Forest from July 26 to August 9 for track maintenance, with all intermediate stops closed. They have announced that replacement buses will operate between the two park and ride sites over the 2 week period. Services are set to resume on August 10. | Source
🏠 Nottingham ranks third nationally for property buying and renting
Nottingham has ranked third nationally for both buying and renting searches, with 7,400 monthly for-sale and 1,840 monthly rental searches. Research by Koozai shows strong demand from owner-occupiers, private renters and investors. Arnold tops suburb searches with 300 monthly, followed by Mapperley and The Park at 250 each. | Source
