🍸 New Cocktail Bar Neon Bar Opens In City Centre
On Tuesday night we were lucky enough to be invited to the opening party for Neon, a brand new cocktail bar in Hockley which might just be the most Instagram-friendly spot in the city! Neon is the latest venture from husband and wife team Pete and Bryony, who are already well-known in Notts for running local favourite Hopkinson, and offers a truly unique aesthetic with a great array of cocktails. We had the Mango Chilli Margarita and the Banoffee Martini - both absolutely delicious! The best part? Neon are the only bar in town where you can get a Pot Noodle! Keep an eye on our socials for our interview with Pete, and make sure you check Neon out in the meantime - they’re on Fletchergate directly opposite the Lace Market Car Park. | More Info
