🏡 Nottingham awarded £24.5m for greener council homes

Nottingham City Council has secured £24.5 million to improve energy efficiency in council homes and train workers in low-carbon heating. £4.5 million supports upgrading homes to EPC rating C by 2030, reducing energy bills and fuel poverty. Another £19.9 million continues the Heat Training Grant programme, equipping installers with skills for heat pump installation. Beyond sport, it includes Pilates studio, physio facilities, co-working space, bar and roof terrace with food by Public and Arran's Bagels!
